Annette is originally from Opelousas, LA and is a graduate of Opelousas Catholic High School. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in fine arts from LSU-Baton Rouge in 1987 where she studied dance and taught alongside her mother and sisters for many years. She began her nursing career in 2006 when she graduated from LSU-Eunice with an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing… after looking into the program for her son and falling in love with the idea of becoming a nurse and further helping the community. She is licensed by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing.
Her nursing background includes Emergency Care, Home Health, Geriatrics and Wellness Care. Her hobbies include camping, hunting, reading, and spending time with her family. She is a long-time resident of Crowley, LA with her husband, Jeffery, and has four children and two grandchildren. She also has several fur-children and grandchildren whom she adores! She is looking forward to a new and exciting option to help patients with various medical conditions and is happy to work with a great group of healthcare professionals with the same goals!
