Annette was born and raised in Kaplan, LA by a farming family with 8 brothers and sisters and is a graduate of Kaplan High School. She has 38 years of nursing experience after graduating from the Abbeville Vocational Technical School in 1984 with training as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She is the ultimate caretaker and has been caring for her family, friends and individuals of various communities in Long Term Care, Medical-Surgical Care, Rehabilitation, Emergency Care, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Orthopedics, Home Health and Private Duty Nursing. She is licensed by the Louisiana Board of Practical Nurse Examiners.
She currently resides in Nunez, LA with her dog, Jolie and her cat, Houston. She is the mother of three girls and the grandmother of five loving children. Annette loves new adventures, and in her spare time she enjoys pulling her camper to new places, fishing, painting, baking, bird watching, gardening, and enjoying the great outdoors. She is looking forward to educating patients and encouraging compliance for those living with Diabetes and teaching the benefits of our treatment modalities. She is eager to share results and celebrate accomplishments with each and every patient!
